This is the fifth complaint by plaintiff.
The court SUSTAINED in part and OVERRULED in part. PO.
Plaintiff’s claim for interference with existing and prospective contractual relationships was stricken. Damages could not be proven. The complaint was not sufficiently specific. Also dismissed was plaintiff’s action because of failure to plead necessary elements of causes of action. What will require specificity, especially after FOUR attempts. Court did not permit yet another amendment.
